To start, ensure that your Cricut product is only 10-15 feet away from your PC.
Also, make sure that both your devices are ON.
Now, check your PC for the Bluetooth feature.
To check the Bluetooth feature, launch the Device Manager and search for the Bluetooth Radios option. (Note: If your machine doesn’t have the Bluetooth feature, get a Bluetooth adapter from the market).
